A unique challenge presented to our team was that the CUP had not operated for approximately 15 years. The first phase of our commissioning services for this 87-acre site included the casino resort, high-rise hotel, and a 22,000-ton central utility plant (CUP). The property also includes ‘The District’, a 70,000 SF retail and restaurant center spread throughout two floors 250,000 SF dedicated to meeting and banquet space a 5.5-acre pool complex and spa 100,000 SF of entertainment space including a music venue with capacity for 5,000 people. Resorts World is home to a 175,000 SF casino and a 59-story east and west tower hotel encompassing more than 3,500 rooms and suites.
